 recycled/recovered fiber content, and is manufactured without formaldehyde, meeting C.A.R.B. requirements.
 Our products surpass California Air Resources Board air quality standards, some of the most stringent in the USA .

Construction Details

 1. 3/4” Hardwood stile and rail doors, mortise & tenon.
 2. 3/4” Hardwood drawer fronts.
 3. 3/4” Hardwood face frames, glued and pocket screwed jointed.
 4. 1/2” NAUF particle board back with wood grained print interior, eliminating the need for hang rails.
 5. 1/2” NAUF particle board sides, tops and bottoms with wood grained print interior and exterior.
 6. 5/8” Dadoed drawer box with 1/4” bottom. Constructed from NAUF plywood. Dovetail drawer not available.
 7. Two drawer tracks available:
 Standard: 75# Epoxy coated with self adjusting side mount drawer guides.(shown) 
 Upgrade: BluMotion undermount soft close drawer guides with 100 lb capacity.
 8. 3/4” NAUF particle board shelf with wood grained print on both sides and
 one edge. All shelves are adjustable with base cabinets having 1/2 depth shelves.
 9. Blum one piece adjustable concealed hinges.

 ** Available option: 1/4" NAUF MDF skin.
